Monty Park Discover AP, Loathes Bill Bogaard
By Centinel | April 25, 2008
This might be the strangest piece of Bill Bogaard hating I’ve seen on the internet:
This morning, I discovered Aaron Proctor, the ex-goth Pro-wrestling maverick blogger who will inevitably try to kill me the next time he Googles himself. I’m kidding, he’s cool like that.
The Republican Proctor is an exception, though. He is an opponent of the War in Iraq and supports legal medical marijuana. And like me, he has his own sandwich.
There is a big, bullying, frothing right-wing blogosphere in Pasadena who claims that liberal policies in general causes Northside’s gang violence, (see ghetto bird video) and that Bill Paparian was corrupt and unpopular. Most of it is name calling though.
But here’s the thing: When Aaron Proctor ran for mayor last year, he was defeated by Bill Bogaard by a margin of 89%-11%.Let me rephrase that. Aaron Proctor was defeated by a margin of 78% by an old, corrupt, pro-China shill from the corporation era.*
Since when did we settle for Bill Bogaard just because he’s a democrat? We need strong municipal leaders, people with personality and balls, like the big boys: Bloomberg, Daley, Villawhatever, Newsom!
The author of this strange post? A fellow by the name of Monty Park who is 18 years old and looks like this:

Words fail me.

Yeah, I don’t know what to say myself.

I mean, what…the…hell?

At least he knows I’ve Googled himself.
Although, I’ve got to say - when I was 18 - I had COMPLETELY different political views than I do now.
He might grow up and become a limo liberal himself!

Errr..Googled myself.

I left him a nice, fair comment.
I hope he’s read my entire blog, though…he might not think I’m that awesome.

lol. I google myself often for kicks and giggles. I decided in 2000 I needed to be googleable and looked what happened. Zero to hundreds of hits in no time.

Hmmm. New blogger. Wonder how long he’ll last.

I’m the creator of Monty Park and play him, but he’s the creation of a handful of casual writers. Monty Park is not my real name. I rarely do political blogs unless something is bothering me, as was the case here. I much prefer making short comedy videos.
I never said I supported all pf AP’s positions. I was pointing out that some of his views are at odds with the Republican Party, and that kind of dissent is constructive. I do consider myself a liberal, just not of the “limo” variety.
The point I was trying to make is that by continually supporting political establishment on both sides of the aisle, we often sacrifice effective leadership. Mayor Bogaard is such an example.

All of my positions are great, though.
Just ask Mary Frances Gurton.
