Never knew much about this Procter guy, but know that I visited his site and saw his views on Prop 98…well it is clear, actually crystal clear. The man is a damn genius.
He is has won over yet another follower….

Yes, too bad we weren’t all in Pasadena last election, imagine all of us banding to put him in office.
His talents are wasted, we just need to find a way to put them all to good not evil.
